HMAS Hobart

exHMAS Hobart

Ex HMAS Hobart was built as a destroyer in 1964. At the end of a long life, in 2002 it was scuttled off Yankalilla Bay to become an artificial reef – a haven for marine life and a great attraction for divers. More than 130 metres long and sitting 30 metres deep, Hobart is one of South Australia’s premier dives.
